Collect EMIs
without the chaos
Track loans, installments, borrowers and guarantors in one place — know exactly who owes what, collect payments on the spot, and never chase a due date from memory again.
From new borrower to fully collected loan
LoanFlow follows the way private lending already works — just without the spreadsheets and missed follow-ups.
Add a borrower
Save borrower and guarantor details in one place — photo, phone number, Aadhaar and address — so every loan is backed by a complete profile.
Issue a loan
Set the terms your way: a fixed payable amount or a percentage interest rate, split into weekly, biweekly, daily or monthly installments.
Collect on schedule
Mark each installment as fully paid, partially paid or missed — penalties are tracked automatically and any overpayment carries forward to the next due date.
Track everything
Every rupee collected lands in a full transaction ledger, with dashboard alerts for what's overdue and due today so nothing slips through.
Push reminders
Get notified before each EMI is due — for you and your collection schedule.
Installable PWA
Add LoanFlow to your phone's home screen and use it offline, no app store needed.
Dark mode
Easy on the eyes for late-night collection rounds and ledger reviews.
Built-in analytics
Repayment rate, monthly collections and top borrowers, always up to date.
A closer look
Real screens from the app — no mockups.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before you start collecting with LoanFlow.
Yes. Aadhaar numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM before they ever touch the database — only the last 4 digits are ever displayed (e.g. XXXX XXXX 1234). Your data is scoped to your account and isn't visible to anyone else.
Yes. When you issue a loan you pick a payment frequency — daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — plus the number of installments, and LoanFlow generates the full repayment schedule automatically with due dates and EMI amounts for you to follow.
Any overpayment isn't lost — it's automatically carried forward and credited against the next unpaid installment, reducing what's due next time. If it fully covers the next installment too, that one is marked paid as well.
Yes. Adding a guarantor is an optional step when issuing a new loan — you can search your existing guarantors or add a new one with their name, phone, and photo before finalizing the loan.
LoanFlow is a Progressive Web App — you can install it to your phone or desktop home screen for a native-app feel, and core screens keep working even with a patchy connection out in the field.
Yes, on two fronts: your dashboard surfaces "Due Today" and "Overdue" lists the moment you open the app, and you can enable web push notifications to get reminded before each collection day.
LoanFlow is currently free during early access — your account runs on a Lifetime tier with unlimited borrowers and all payment frequencies unlocked. No card required to get started.
Right now each account is single-admin — one login manages the whole book of loans. Multi-staff roles are on our roadmap but aren't available to invite teammates yet.
