About LoanFlow

A focused tool for private lenders and financiers who are done tracking EMIs in notebooks, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp threads.

Most private lenders and small financiers in India still run their loan books the hard way — a physical notebook for who owes what, a spreadsheet that's a version or two out of date, and a WhatsApp thread for reminders and payment confirmations. It works, until it doesn't: an installment gets missed, a partial payment isn't recorded properly, or a borrower's Aadhaar photo ends up loose in a phone's camera roll.

LoanFlow replaces that setup with a single, purpose-built app for running an EMI collection business — from onboarding a borrower to closing out a loan.

Borrowers & guarantors

Store borrower and guarantor profiles with photos, phone numbers, addresses, and Aadhaar numbers that are encrypted at rest and masked everywhere they're displayed.

Flexible loan terms

Structure loans with fixed or percentage-based interest and choose the schedule that fits — daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly EMIs.

Collections workflow

A daily/weekly collection list makes it fast to mark full payments, partial payments, or missed installments as you go door to door or call borrowers.

Automatic ledger

Every payment is logged in a transaction ledger, with overpayments automatically carried forward to the next installment — no manual reconciliation.

Push reminders

Web push notifications nudge you (and can nudge borrowers) about installments due today or overdue, so nothing slips through.

Analytics

See collections, outstanding balances, active vs. completed loans, and overdue exposure at a glance from the dashboard and analytics views.

Installable PWA

Add LoanFlow to your home screen and use it like a native app, even with a spotty connection.

Dark mode

A full dark theme for late-night collection rounds and early-morning bookkeeping.

Sensitive fields like Aadhaar numbers are encrypted at rest and only ever shown masked in the interface. LoanFlow currently runs as a single-lender, Lifetime-access instance — there are no team seats, integrations, or paid tiers beyond what's already in the app.
